In 2021, our company added automatic shell-making production equipment, and the production cycle was shortened from the original 7 days to 24 hours, which directly improved the production efficiency .we always try our best efforts to continuously meet customers requirements.

In March 2021, the company obtained ISO14001 and ISO45001 certification, they built a good basis for better fulfilling corporate social responsibilities and ensuring the occupational safety and health of employees.

In January 2018, we visited Paragon Company in the United States.It meant that our company officially built a cooperative relationship with Paragon.

2017

In 2017, the silica sol casting workshop was expanded, the machining workshop was established, and the FCA factory evalucation was passed.
In order to adapt the expansion of the sales market, our company expanded the silica sol casting workshop in early 2017, and the annual output increased from 800 tons to 1600 tons. In March 2017, the company established a machining workshop, so that it can control the product quality better and shorten the product production cycle. In August 2017, with the efforts of all employees, the company passed the FCA factory evaluation and obtained Chrysler's JEEP roof connector project. Since then, our sales market has further expanded, and the level of business volume has also reached a new level. Among them, reliable products quality and meticulous services make our company win a good reputation in the industry.

IATF16949 certification was passed in 2015
In 2015, our company obtained the IATF16949 automotive quality system certification, which laid the foundation for our company to get a foothold in the domestic and foreign automobile market, and further enhanced customers' confidence in cooperation with our company.

ISO9001:2008 certification was passed in September 2013
Since its establishment, the company has been committed to improving the quality of products and services. In 2013, the company obtained ISO9001:2008 international quality system certification.

Silica sol process casting production line was established in 2013
 In November 2013, the company established a silica sol casting process production line, which mainly produces precision castings such as stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, ductile iron, gray iron, etc. The designed annual production capacity was 800 tons.

2011

The company was established in 2011 and established the lost foam casting workshop.
NINGBO ZHIYE MECHANICAL COMPONENTS Co.,LTD. was established in June 2011. At the beginning of the establishment of the company, it was only a small team of more than 40 people.
