Low-alloy high-strength steel: Such as 35CrMo, 42CrMo, 34CrNiMo, etc., used in the manufacture of gearboxes, bearing housings, and connecting parts subjected to high stress. After heat treatment, they exhibit excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.
Wear-resistant high-manganese steel: Such as high-manganese steel (Hadfield steel) and wear-resistant high-manganese cast steel, used in the manufacture of wear-prone bucket teeth, liners, and crusher hammerheads, possessing excellent wear resistance.
Chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel: Such as 50CrMoV, used in the manufacture of hydraulic cylinder pistons and support components requiring high fatigue strength and impact resistance. After heat treatment, it exhibits both strength and toughness.
Corrosion-resistant steel grades: Depending on the working conditions, low-alloy corrosion-resistant steel (such as 20CrNiMo+QT) can be used to manufacture some hydraulic parts or pump bodies to extend the service life of equipment in harsh environments.
Special alloy steel: NiCrMo cast steel or other alloy compositions can be selected according to customer needs, and the performance of castings can be improved through chemical composition optimization or alloying customization.
