China Investment Cast Stainless Steel Brackets

Brackets is a kind of products that applied to support and fix the matching parts. Currently in market, we have cast brackets, solid material machined brackets, forged brackets, and lots of other types. Materials used to make brackets include carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, etc. Below, we mainly focus on the stainless steel cast brackets.

Production Technics 

Brackets are made by investment casting technics, including lost wax casting and silica sol casting processes. With such production technics, we achieve more accurancy dimensions of the brackets. Only little machining required. 

Material 

Stainless steels 304, stainless steel 316, stainless steel 304L, stainless steel 316L, stainless steel 430, stainless steel 17-4PH, stainless steel CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, all these stainless steels are used to cast the brackets in our foundry. There're also some special stainless steels, such as Duplex stainless steel, precipitation-hardening stainless steel used to make investment casting steel stainless brackets. Choosing of material determined by customers.

Surface Treatment

Investment cast stainless steel brackets are acid passivation treated. There will be a passivated layer on surface of the brackets. This will protect the stainless steel brackets and longer the lifetime of them. Some investment cast stainless steel brackets require for painting, zinc plating and other special surface treatment, too.
