Lost Foam Cast Ductile Iron Brackets in China

Ductile iron brackets are one of the mostly used support components in construction industry. Such ductile rion brackets  can be used as guardrail brackets for bridges, support brackets for rails and holding brackets for trucks, etc. Fly foundry casts various ductile iron brackets by lost foam casting process in China. 

To achieve better surface finish and dimension accurancy, we choose lost foam casting process to produce such cast ductile iron brackets. Lost foam casting is one of the investment castings in China. With such casting process, we can make ductile iron brackets with weights range from 0.1 ~ 100kgs. 

Losts of material grades can be used as material to cast the brackets. But for some special application, to considering the cost-effective factors, ductile iron is used to cast the brackets. Such ductile iron brackets are with good wear resistance. This will long the lifetime of the brackets. The widely used ductile iron grades here are, QT400-15, QT400-18, QT500-7, QT600-3, etc. 

According to requirements for customers, the cast ductile iron brackets can be painted or powder coated to protect the surface.
