Investment castings quality control of Ningbo Zhiye

Normally,our customers pay more attention to whether we could make investment castings they need.In fact,even the best casting foundry could also make out unqualified products.So we also need to do quality control of investment castings to serve our customer better.

1.strict control of raw material so that it fits for qualified investment castings.

2.test each furnace castings and save the testing reports for more than 2 years.

3.100% inspect of each exported investment castings and choose out the rejected parts.

4.have a exact quality management and testing ways for castings with heat treatment,machining and surface treatment requirements with a purpose for first class investment castings.

5.a variety of invesment casting testing equipments like direct-reading spectrometer,large-type metallurgical microscope,hydraulic universal testing machine,low temperature impact tester,brinell&rockwell hardness tester,X-ray,magnetic particle and ultrasonic flaw detector,ect.

6.samples could also be sent to our customers for inspection and see whether they are ok for assembling before mass production.
