Silica sol investment mold is a kind of casting mold that takes silica sol zircon sand as molding materials. First, make wax molds (fired molds) with fusible paraffin and stearic acid. And then coat the wax molds with silica sol zircon sands and refractory powder to make mud molds. Dry the mud molds out and put them into hot water to melt the wax molds inside. When the wax molds inside are completely melted, take them out, fire them into ceramic molds and silica sol investment molds are manufactured.
