Application:

Agricultural machinery castings are mainly used in the power systems and key transmission components of agricultural machinery such as tractors, harvesters, seeders, and irrigation equipment. Common components include engine blocks, transmission housings, pump bodies, bearing seats, and hubs. These parts usually work under complex conditions and need to simultaneously possess high strength and corrosion resistance. Cast steel parts can meet the reliability and durability requirements of agricultural machinery, helping the equipment operate stably in dusty or humid environments.

Common materials:

Low-alloy high-strength steel: such as 20Cr, 35CrMo, 42CrMo, etc., is used to manufacture bearing components such as transmission housings and differentials of tractors, and is heat-treated to increase tensile strength and wear resistance.

Cast carbon steel: such as Q235, 45#, etc., is used to manufacture agricultural machinery components with lower load requirements, which is low-cost and has good processing performance.

Low-alloy corrosion-resistant steel: such as 30CrNiMo, 4140, etc., is used to manufacture water pumps and irrigation system parts, ensuring good corrosion resistance and strength in humid and corrosive environments.

Alloy cast steel: according to specific requirements, steel types containing chromium, nickel, and molybdenum and other alloy elements are selected to enhance the fatigue strength and wear resistance of the castings.

Q: Can I check the products before delivery?

A:Yes. You can pay a visit to our factory by yourself or ask your colleague to come, or entrust a third party inspection company to do the inspection before delivery.

Q: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?

A:We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.

Q: How do I know my design will be kept confidential?

A: We understand the sensitive nature of your design and will comply with requests for any non-disclose or confidentiality agreement. We also have a strict policy within our factory that without express permission, no photographs are ever allowed of customers’ products. Besides, without your approval, we would never allow any proprietary information to be disclosed to a third party and any copy would be prohibited. We can sign NDA files with you if you like,it is up to you.
